As Erbaa Vocational School, We Shared the Joy of Graduation with the TOGÜ Family

Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University’s 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony was held at Taşlıçiftlik Stadium with broad participation.

The ceremony was attended by our Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz, Tokat Deputy Kadim Durmaz, Deputy Mayor of Tokat Fuat İşeri, Director of Erbaa Vocational School Asst. Prof. Dr. İrfan Usta, Deputy Director of the Vocational School Lect. Dr. Güler Uzun, deans, directors, academic and administrative staff, students, and their families.

Speaking at the ceremony, which attracted great interest from students, families, academics, and guests, our Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz congratulated the graduates and their families. He emphasized that Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is a large family with approximately 40,000 students and more than 4,000 international students.

Stating that our university has achieved significant success in education, research, and institutional development, our Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz drew attention to the Institutional Accreditation Certificate, the increasing number of accredited programs, and the university’s rise in international rankings. As part of the program, the top-ranking students of the university delivered their speeches and expressed their gratitude to their families and academics. Special success stories that strengthened the meaning of graduation were also shared with the participants.

During the ceremony, the certificate of achievement was presented to Samet Kök, a student of the Computer Programming Program and the top-ranking student of our Vocational School, by our Director Asst. Prof. Dr. İrfan Usta. Students who ranked highly and those who achieved success within the scope of the Social Learning Transcript System were also awarded.

The folk dance, gymnastics, and flag-pennant performances by the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences received great applause from the audience. At the end of the program, the graduates threw their caps into the air with a countdown and experienced the joy of graduation.

The graduation celebration was crowned with a concert by artist Can Gox.
