A technical visit was organized to the Erbaa Municipality Science, Art, and Culture Center with the participation of first- and second-year students from the Graphic Design Department. Accompanied by Lect. Dr. Havva Sinem İnnap, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Kum, and Lect. Sebiha Erarslan, the visit aimed to examine the science-, art-, and design-oriented practices carried out at the center on site and to contribute to the professional development of the students.
Within the scope of the visit, students received detailed information from the authorities about workshop activities, visual production processes, and practice-based educational activities conducted at the center. Current tools used in the field of graphic design, traditional production techniques, and the contribution of interdisciplinary approaches to the design process were discussed through practical examples.
This technical visit enabled students to associate the theoretical knowledge acquired in their courses with real-world application environments, while also enhancing their awareness of the functioning of culture-, art-, and design-oriented activities carried out in public institutions. It is considered that the visit contributed to the development of students’ creative thinking, observation skills, and professional vision. 16.12.2025
